DS2 can help with whatever your specific needs are, whether it be a new home, a remodel, or an addition. Since when it comes to residential drawings, not everyone needs the same level of service, we offer three stages:
Preliminary Design- floor plans and elevations
Structural Drawings- foundation plan, floor framing plan, roof framing plan, and building sections
Mechanicals- electrical/lighting plan, HVAC plan, plumbing plan and plumbing isometric
We can set up a complementary design consultation (in person, or via email/phone) to discuss your project goals. Following the consultation, DS2 will send a proposal outlining costs and services. Once the contract is approved, the next step is developing the preliminary plans and addressing any revisions until you approve the preliminary plans. Depending on level of stages required, we then move on the to complete structural and mechanical plans which will then also be reviewed and revised until you are satisfied.
