DS2 can help with whatever your specific needs are, whether it be a new home, a remodel, or an addition. Since when it comes to residential drawings, not everyone needs the same level of service, we offer three stages:
Preliminary Design- Floor plans, Exterior Elevations, Design Development, and Client Revisions
Structural Drawings- Foundation plans, Floor Framing Plans, Roof Framing Plans, and Building Sections Mechanicals- Electrical/Lighting Plans, HVAC Plans, Plumbing Plans and Plumbing Isometrics We'll help determine which services are appropriate for your specific project.

Residential Design Services
We'll start with a complimentary consultation to learn more about your project and what you're hoping to accomplish.
Consultations may be completed in person, by phone, or by email depending on the project.
STEP 1- CONSULTATION
STEP 2- PROPOSAL
After learning more about your project, DS2 will prepare a proposal outlining the recommended services and associated fees.
You'll have the opportunity to review the design and request revisions as we work toward an approved preliminary plan.
STEP 3- PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Once the proposal is accepted, we'll begin developing the preliminary plans.

STEP 4- CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Depending on the scope of services you've selected, we'll then complete the structural and/or mechanical drawings for your project.
